If you are serious about losing weight and have failed in the past, Nutrition Boot Camp is for you. Learn the right mindset and habits for losing weight permanently. In this 5 week class, you will learn mindful eating techniques, the ideal amount of protein for weight loss, the best techniques to get into the fat burning mode, how to efficiently meal plan to maximize your weight loss and more.

This class fits the needs of the active older adult or those just starting out on a fitness program. These modified dance movements makes this class friendly and fun. Sneaker are a must, comfortable clothing and wather is recommended. Ages 18+.
