The courses listed below are recognized and approved by the State of Massachusetts.  Upon the completion of a mandatory continuing education class, the examiner will award a certificate of completion to each attending student and class hours will be recorded and submitted to the State of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, if applicable.

This course is approved by the Board of Building Regulations & Standards to fulfill 6 hours of continuing education requirement for construction supervisor license renewal. This session will cover, Session 1 - course number CS-2700; Code Compliance, and Session 2 - course number CS-2701; Workplace Safety and Employer Liability.

This NEC & MEC 2011 electrical license renewal cycle seminar is approved by the Board of Electricians to fulfill the 15-hours of mandatory continuing education requirement for all licensed Massachusetts and New Hampshire Journeymen and Master Electricians. A copy of your Electrical license(s) is required and a code book is highly recommended.

This course is approved by the Board of Plumbers and Gasfitters to fulfill the 6-hour per year of continuing education requirement for plumbing license renewal for Licensed Journeymen, Master Plumbers, and Gasfitters.  This session must be completed before April 29, 2012 to avoid State fines.

OSHA Construction Safety & Health Course         $100

Saturday, May 12 & 19, 2012 - 8 a.m.–1 p.m.

This two day OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety & Health Course is intended to provide entry level personnel general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in the construction industry. Instruction focus: hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. Participants successfully completing the hourly and course requirements receive an OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety & Heath Course completion card. This class is applicable for the State of MA electrical 6 hour update mandatory continuing education. 

Electrical 6 Hour Update for 2011–2013      $100

Northeast’s OSHA and CPR course is approved by the Board of Electricians to fulfill the 6 hour of continuing education requirement. Additional classes will be available in February.
